I'm always working on something. Most of the time, it's getting results for my clients. But sometimes, it's a personal project that lets me explore new concepts and ideas.

In this coaching the goal is breathing more easily, self-shooting, managing to create time for important things, embodiment. The body is a house, it's our home, and I want you to feel home af.

You will get to know some valuable tools to support your well-being. My goal is to help you understand and learn with me but not trough me and get attached but still give you the biggest support to get there.

The idea is to combine the services which I am able to offer, go through what else there might be on the table and finally there is an individual plan for you.

There is no amount of classes you need to visit and you can have trial with the price of 45€/60min. Do not hesitate to ask more!

With a combination of being a certified massage therapist, coach and yoga teacher with Katonah yoga studies there is possibility to mix massage, supported asanas and movement.

You are very much welcome to enjoy the treatment as a form of relaxation and relief. But also if you are suffering some constant pain I recommend to dig deeper and use more tools which we can possibly bring part of your everyday life too. I'll be there for you.

Knowledge is where the action begins but we must put it into motion if we want to change the way we live. It is why we refer to these actions as practices.

It takes at least three weeks for the routine to become a habit. Routines work because they help you stay consistent. But if you haven't found them worth the daily effort, it's painful.

The goal is to dare to let go of autopilot. Creating a successful routine requires clarity about where you are now. Through this, you will learn to find the difference between using the right tools and forced exercises. Because at the end of the day, you also have to be willing to let go of your routine when your path calls for it.
